Fluorite, calcium fluoride (CaF2), is a simple halide commonly occurring as a glassy, hued, vein in a various mineral environments. It is found in metallic hydrothermal deposits associated with lead, silver, galena, sphalerite, cobalt and other economic minerals. It also occurs in cavities of pegmatites, in hot-springs areas and in sedimentary rocks, primarily limestones that have been permeated by aqueous fluoride.

Fluorite is a mineral of great beauty and variety, ranging from yellow to green to blue to red and all shades in between. It forms in lovely crystals that range from simple cubes to complex combinations showing as many as 48 faces or more. We wholesale Fluorite from the Okorusu mine in Namibia whose colors are mainly green and blue. The Okorusu Fluorite Mine is situated in a little mountain pointing up 1,700 m from the sand desert and is situated close to the town Otjiwarongo, northeastern Namibia.

Our company, From Africa, is present in the mining areas, cooperating with the Okorusu mine management in the mining and marketing of  the Fluorite specimens. A considerable part of the revenue generated is employed to improve the conditions and skills of the mining community and their families.
